Terms of Service
Last updated September 21, 2026
These terms cover hearbyhq.com and the done for you content service HearbyHQ delivers. HearbyHQ is operated by Hudson Hildebrand, a sole trader based in Queensland, Australia ("HearbyHQ", "we", "us").
The service
- HearbyHQ researches, scripts, edits and publishes short form content for business owners. You film the scripts.
- Tiers, volume and price are as shown on hearbyhq.com at the time you sign, in US dollars per month, excluding any applicable tax.
- Every engagement runs on a written agreement signed before work starts. Where that agreement and these terms disagree, the agreement wins.
Term
The first term is 90 days for every tier. After that the service runs month to month until either side ends it as the written agreement sets out.
No guaranteed results
We commit to the stated scope: the number of shorts in your tier, researched, scripted, edited, published and reported on. We do not promise views, followers, leads or revenue. Organic content is tested, not guaranteed.
Your content
- Footage, scripts, captions, research and results made for you belong to you from delivery.
- You give us permission to store, edit and publish them only to deliver the service.
- You confirm you have the right to what you send us, and that the claims in your content are yours to make.
- We will not use your content in our own marketing unless you agree in writing.
What you do
- Film the scripts, typically one to two days a month.
- Review and approve scripts and edits in reasonable time, so the schedule holds.
- Grant publishing access through each platform's own tools. We never ask for your passwords.
Third party platforms
Publishing and reporting rely on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and X. They have their own terms and can change or remove access at any time, which may affect what we can do.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded. Beyond those rights, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, or to supplying the service again, where the law allows that limit.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and its courts.
